ASEC Pressure and Vacuum
Sensors are based on Bonded strain gauge, Haste alloy diaphragm
and Piezo resistance elements. These are designed specifically
for Industrial and Process applications. All the sensors
are temperature compensated for zero and sensitivity drift.
The sensor has stainless steel construction and resists
drop shocks and impacts.
Low Output Sensors :
These are built on strain gauge principle. They are used
in process control and hydraulic applications. These give
typical output of 1mV/ V.
High Output Sensors :
These use Haste alloy diaphragm and compatible with most
fluid and gaseous pressure media. These are used in Leak
testing and Air-conditioning applications. These give typical
output of 100mV for the full scale.
Transmitters :
These are Piezo resistive in nature. These are widely used
in the Industry for measurement and automation. The 4-20
mA output from transmitters can be used for recording data
and controlling field elements.
Applications :
Pressure Measurements in containers, On Line Pressure Measurements.
Testing of automobile parts like exhausts, IC-Engines, Pressure
and Vacuum Leak Testing, Hydraulic Pressure Measurements,
Pressure Measurements in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning
and Pressing applications.
